User Management

Tier0 manages user permissions and access differently across editions.

• Cloud uses Workspace member invitations to manage who can access a Workspace.
• Enterprise admin assigns user accounts and roles to determine correspondingly accessible functions.

Access Control

Cloud

• Workspace owner or existing members can invite new members by phone or email.
• After receiving an invitation code or link, new members register an account and join the Workspace.
• Account registration requires two-step verification.

Caution

Workspace membership does not automatically grant access to the platform; users must register the invited phone or email to use the platform.

Note

After registering an account, you can also apply for a new Workspace.

Enterprise

• After signing in for the first time with the default account, the admin changes the password, then adds user accounts and assigns roles in Settings.

• Admin determines who can use the platform by assigning accounts, and which functions the account can access by assigning roles:

  • Admin: Can access all functional modules.
  • Operator: Can only access the Launchpad where all accessible applications are listed.

Note

Sign in with the account created by the admin and use functions within the permissions of the assigned role.
